"Jim, We recently purchased two of your commercial Jimmy fryers to use at our annual fish fry. We cook and feed approx. 350 - 400 people in a two hour serving timeframe. We used your two dual basket Jimmy fryers to fry a variety of fish, french fries, onion rings, Jalapeno poppers & hush puppies. Frying non stop for 3 hours. The fryers performed flawlessly!!! We have done this event annually for the past 20 years with the same folks doing all the cooking. When I told them that I was replacing our standard 6 fryers that we normally use with these two new style fryers, boy did the nay sayers start with the doubts. It ranged from we will run out of propane due to the amount of oil ( 12 gallons in each fryer ) to the oil will not last, the frozen products will kill the oil temperature and we will get behind. After the event, all that was involved were believers in your product. Nothing but praises and wanting to know where these came from and how much did they cost. Most impressed with the propane usage and the oil holding temperature. Many Thanks. I hope to buy more in the future. PS: Can you build one that will fry 4 whole turkeys at one time ? We fry 16 turkeys for this event also using 4 seperate turkey pots"

"Jim, The fryer has done everything that you said it would do. It makes some of the best chicken we have ever had. My son just got back from fishing in South Dakota where he had caught several bass and walleye. Fresh fish, onion rings, and French fries all tasted great. (Doesn't get any better than this) The two things that surprised us the most was the little amount of time it took to get the 6 gallons of oil to 350 degrees, and what a difference the rice oil makes. Everything we cooked tasted much better fried in rice oil than in peanut oil. A great buy. Thank You!"

"I have had the Cajun Cooker for approximately 6 months and it is by far the best way to fry game, turkeys, chicken, chicken wings, or anything that can be fried! I use the cooker during weekends and am able to fry between 20 and 40 pounds of chicken wings in less than an hour. For anybody that has used the "old" turkey fryer for frying knows the "pain in the butt" it is to get these units out and use. The clean-up, heating the oil to 350 degrees, and draining the oil takes forever. With this Cajun cooker set-up, cooking, and cleaning takes 1/2 the time. The most amazing thing is that with the old turkey fryer the oil lasted about 5 uses, with this cooker it is simply amazing how long the oil stays clean with use after use. This cooker is by far the best thing since "sliced bread" when it comes to frying. I recently threw out 3 old turkey fryers and now use the Cajun Cooker exclusively. The money you save in oil and time is by far worth this investment."

"We used the fryer we purchased Saturday evening frying fresh fish and potatoes. The fryer worked great, surprising us on how fast it heated up and we could all sit down together and eat as food cooked quickly. The rice oil was amazing. We cooked everything together with no flavor being transferred from fish to potatoes. Oil looks just like it did when we started. What a great investment!!"

"I bought the double fryer model, had about fifty people over for a retirement party.....WOW!!!!! We fried fish, home made onion rings, French fries, jalapeņo poppers, wings, even sliced up a few sweet potatoes (these were just for the chefs) Everything was excellent!! What amazed me was we fried several batches of food , dumped them on a plate with a couple of paper towels and there was hardly an oil spot.
Another bonus is wife wants me to go fishing more often!
A must for anyone who likes to eat!!"
